Drinking with Danae is a new segment that I decided to launch because I have been getting requests and many questions about what's in my drinks. I love creating new drinks and I know how to make tasty drinks that you will LOVE at your next party, event or dinner.

 

At PennState I became the go to jungle juice and party drink provider.

I would make Halloween themed jello shots and punches, Tailgate blue jello shots and punches any type of theme you name it. I made it. I never liked the taste of straight alcohol unless it was a tequila shot so creating a juice was the best way to indulge.

I started officially bartending a little over 2 and a half years ago at Red Lobster. This is where I started getting innovative with making themed drinks frozen and on the rocks! I had a entire bar to work with and a diverse group of customers to try my seasonal drinks.

Their tastebuds will be happy that you hired a mixologist like me, who not only cares what the drink tastes like but creates a presentation with perfection.
